The Vancouver Maritime Museum Annual General Meeting will be held on July 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted virtually on Zoom. The purpose of the AGM will be to:
- Receive the reports on the operations and activities for the year ending December 31, 2019 and to receive the report of the auditors
- Elect or re-elect trustees to the board
- Appoint auditors of the Vancouver Maritime Museum Society
- Transact other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
