Soon we’ll be printing new membership cards, and that means choosing a new image for the front of them. We have two images we like, so we thought we’d give our members and friends the option to select the image. Please let us know in the comments which card you prefer.

In addition to the important question of which picture we should print on membership cards, the form below includes questions about what you’d like to see from us in the future. We’d love to hear from you. The entire questionnaire should take under five minutes to complete, and we’ve set it up so you can answer only those questions you’d like to answer.
