Underwater World

Underwater world is a cozy corner in the museum where kids can explore, imagine, create and learn. This temporary exhibition is an immersive underwater experience complete with ocean sounds. The exhibition features:

• pirate ship
• a nook for colouring and reading
• knot-tying activites
• Fun facts about the Salish Sea
• maritime activity kits

Maritime activity kits can be picked up at the front desk and are sanitized before each guest receives them.

This exhibition has been developed to give families a space during the upcoming renovations of the Children’s Maritime Museum Discovery Centre.
