The Vancouver Maritime Museum is a spectacular setting for your virtual event.

Looking for a unique backdrop for your livestream event? We’ve got beautiful spaces you can use and our high-bandwidth Wi-Fi can handle all of your streaming needs. Our spaces are also a great option for hybrid events that feature a combination of in-person and virtual activities. 

The Vancouver Maritime Museum has:

• large windows and high ceilings
• kitchen with fridge and sink included with rental of Teekay Gallery
• outside terrace with unobstructed view
• decks of the St. Roch available for filming

We offer:

• daytime rentals from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
• evening rentals from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am

These  times include setup and teardown.

Gallery is a temporary exhibition space, so you can use the current exhibition as an elegant backdrop  – or we can modify it to suit your needs.

 St. Roch Shelter & Decks

Looking for something fun and a little different? The St. Roch shelter is the iconic A-frame structure that houses the Canadian Heritage Site, the St. Roch vessel. Events in this space offer some exhibit space, ample floor space on the mezzanine and the opportunity for your guests to go aboard this historic ship. The St. Roch decks are ideal for live performances. See the videos below for examples of a virtual concert series we hosted.

The Terrace

Give your guests an event to remember with this fantastic location with a breathtaking view. Our open-air terrace overlooking English Bay provides a beautiful west coast backdrop for virtual weddings, celebrations and more. We always rent an inside space with rental of the terrace in case of poor weather.
